Your role will focus on:
- Supporting more senior Account Handlers in managing clients, either over the phone or via email
- Helping to gather policy renewal information from new enquiries
- Undertaking team work activities to grow our existing client portfolios by seeking new or existing opportunities
- Learning policy wordings and underwriter guidelines in order to support clients with claims enquiries
- Keeping information up to date across our systems and perform checks

Required skills
- GCSE Maths & English - 4 or above

- Ongoing soft skill training workshops - customer service, confidence building, sales strategies, team building and more
- IT training - all internal broking systems, Microsoft application development skills, data and analytics basics
- Fully funded travel to learn different parts of the business - Lloyds of London, insurance underwriting days, head office introduction tours
