The remuneration of our employees

The interests of our customers are central to our services. This is reflected, among other things, in the way in which we reward our employees.

The amount of the remuneration (salary and other conditions of employment) is partly variable for a number of our employees. The amount of the variable part of the remuneration depends on the quality and quantity of their work. Their variable remuneration is never a reason to recommend a certain amount or a certain type of financial products.

Any increase in the fixed part of the salary does not depend on the quantity or type of financial products recommended.

The amount of variable remuneration paid annually to natural persons working under the responsibility of Howden never exceeds 20% of the fixed salary of the employee concerned.
